Terms of Sale

Effective date: 20 October 2026

Scope and sales channels

These Terms apply to a paid digital product order that you complete through a Paddle checkout linked from darkwoodapps.com. They do not apply to free downloads from Garmin Connect IQ Store, or to a purchase completed directly with Garmin or another seller. Paddle is the Merchant of Record only for purchases completed through Paddle.

No Paddle checkout is currently active on this site, and we are not currently accepting paid orders. If a product becomes available, its checkout will show the product, one-time price, and any applicable taxes before you confirm the order. The planned Jump Rope Pro price is $4.99 as a one-time purchase; the final price, product, and delivery details will be confirmed at checkout.

Paddle transactions

For an order placed through Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders completed through Paddle. Paddle provides customer service for those transactions and handles returns. Paddle collects payment and applicable transaction taxes for those orders. We do not receive your full payment card number or card security code.

You purchase the product from Paddle in a Paddle transaction. The product is licensed to you by the Provider under the product terms shown before purchase. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to transactions processed by Paddle. If you need help with a Paddle receipt or payment, use the support link in the receipt or visit Paddle.net.

Product and license

Jump Rope Interval Coach is digital software for compatible Garmin watches. A paid Pro unlock is planned as a one-time purchase. It is not currently available and this website has no active checkout. When sales begin, the checkout and product page will explain the features, compatible devices, activation method, and any limitations before you pay. No physical product is shipped.

Subject to payment, the product terms, and applicable law, the Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own use on compatible devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or share an activation credential. A refund may end the corresponding paid license or unlock.

The free Lite app, if distributed through Garmin Connect IQ Store, is a separate free download. A Garmin Store download or another seller's transaction is not processed by Paddle and is not covered by Paddle's Merchant of Record role.

Refunds and consumer rights

For a purchase completed through Paddle, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days after the transaction date. See the Refund Policy for how to request one. This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights; it does not limit a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Support

For product questions, contact support@darkwoodapps.com. For a Paddle transaction, Paddle handles payment inquiries and returns; use the link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle.net. Do not email payment card details or security codes.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to those mandatory rights and liabilities, the Provider's total liability for a claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the total amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ukraine, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
